Coordinate financing


In the financing step,
we can recommend a number of mortgage specialists that can meet with you and review your lending requirements.
Step 4.
Design the dream


This is where we go into detail
. In four design phases, we help develop the floor plans, exterior style and theme as well as interior design and decorating ideas.

Step 5.
Build the budget


With your design in mind we move to analyze the construction requirements for your plans and your selections, so we can give you a firm budget..

This is important so that there are no unwelcome surprises down the road.

Then we are ready to begin.
Step 6.
Begin Construction


Construction begins
when the details - including interior selections - are in place. That way, you understand the costs, and we can go to work with a clear vision.

A construction timeline lets you know what to expect. Also, we carefully select the people we hire; so you can be assured that even those we sub-contract meet our standards for workmanship and service.
Step 7.
Faciliate on-site meetings


With several scheduled walk-throughs
, you can watch the elements of your home come together, and we can confirm any final details, discuss any changes you may want, and get a feel for how your dream is developing in to reality.
Step 8.
Provide new home orientation


We teach you how to operate,
care for and maintain the technology and materials in your new home.

Step 9.
Arrange closing and
move in


The thrill of getting this far is nothing compared to the thrill of moving in. We'll schedule your closing date and time to suit your schedule, and we'll take care of all the paperwork.

We'll also provide a list of phone numbers for your neighborhood gas company, electric company, cable TV, newspapers and schools to make your move easier.
